Registration Procedures

1Register：Please go to the Registration System for online registration.
  • 1Click "Register" and fill in registration information / paper presenter will need to upload an abstract; first-time applicant will be automatically registered as user.
  • 2After filling in and submitting the registration form, you can proceed to pay the registration fee.
Paid
The payment receipt has not been uploaded
2Pay Now：Please go to NTNU Online Payment System for checking out.
  • 1Click "Pay Now"，and go to NTNU Online Payment System to log in and pay the fee; first-time user of the system will need to create a new account.
  • 2Available payment methods include credit cards, WebATM, pay at counter, pay at convenience stores.
    (Applicant will need to pay the additional processing fee if charged.)
  • 3After the payment is completed, please take a screenshot/picture of the payment receipt and return to the system to upload your proof of payment.
    For those who pay online by credit card or WebATM: Please take a screenshot of the successful payment.
    For those who pay at counter or convenience stores: Please take a picture of your paper receipt and keep the receipt.

3Upload Payment Receipt： Log in the system again and upload your payment receipt.
  • 1Click "Upload Payment Receipt"，and go to My Account/Coference Registration Information to upload the payment receipt.
  • 2After we confirm receiving your payment receipt and abstract, the registration will be completed successfully!

    Remark :

  • ★Please noted that debit card is not allowed to use for payment in NTNU Online Payment System as it can easily cause systematic errors.
  • ★If the system crashes during credit card payment, please directly close the web page, confirm whether the payment has been deducted with your credit card company before making another payment to avoid paying twice.
  • ★Once paid, the fee is not refundable if without special circumstances.
